Ages 2 – 3
“Growth in the toddler room is not just about learning new skills, but about discovering the joy of exploration and the excitement of new possibilities.”
In the Transitional Room at Building Blocks Learning Center, children aged 2-3 are encouraged to develop their independence and foundational skills through a variety of engaging activities. At this stage, language development and fine motor skills are key focus areas.
We foster language development through interactive story times, songs, and group discussions, encouraging toddlers to express themselves and expand their vocabulary. Teachers also introduce basic concepts like colors, shapes, and numbers through playful learning activities, helping children to start forming connections between words and the world around them.
To enhance fine motor skills, we provide activities such as drawing, painting, and manipulating small objects like beads and puzzles. These tasks help children refine their hand-eye coordination and dexterity, preparing them for more complex tasks as they grow. The nurturing environment in the Transitional Room supports each child’s growth, helping them build the confidence and skills needed for the next steps in their early education journey.
Funding Subsidies:
